Curator, Producer & Project Manager
Project management across creative & cultural contexts: staff hiring & shift planning, budget planning, artist booking & management, venue, vendor & media relations, design & distribution of branding & promotional materials.
Extended project management across high-complexity personal & community logistics: long-term residential property management (~10 years: licensing, guest relations, pricing, turnover, dispute resolution), relocation coordination (visa, citizenship, multi-jurisdictional tax matters, apartment clearance), medical coordination, residential & commercial interior redesign.

Waking Life
Operations Lead
Led five teams totaling 26 crew + over 40 volunteers in a high-variability, operationally-demanding environment while this week-long music & arts festival & full-time land regeneration project re-established itself post-pandemic & grew 50% (8,000 to 12,000 people).
Stepped into an absent leadership structure the first year & within 48 hours assessed resources, established priorities, and built an operational plan from available materials. Over three years, managed operations & guest experience across arrivals & departures, transportation, and help desks for general information, lost items, and the waste reduction program, creating processes & systems where there was little or no scaffolding.
Designed guest & crew experience to retain the fundamental character of the project (refinement, cheekiness, sustainability) through decisions that were spatial & relational as much as operational: reorganizing site flow, designing the main gate as queer/trans flags, splitting lost & found into its own team, and developing relationships across the info point, psycare, and counter-cultural programming areas with harm reduction as a shared lens.
